- Tom Cappellazo (Cedar Crossing)
- Michael Young (Azure)
They are dedicated to controlling the rising HOA costs, improving community benefits and representing homeowner interests.
Control Rising Costs:
70% of our HOA spending is on landscape maintenance and water. The landscaping costs have increased 14% in the last year and water costs have increased 31%.
These candidates have expertise in business, contracting and landscape conservation. They will focus on competitively bidding and managing operations to control costs. They will systematically review the expenses to assure our community is well maintained and beautifully landscaped at cost effective rates.
Improve Community Benefits:
Our community benefits programs currently represent less than 5% of our budget. The Activities Director and Events Committee have done a wonderful job on creating the many events that people enjoy, which provides a platform for us to improve and enhance the community benefits and events further based upon what homeowners want.
