- Jeff Tuller (Westcliffe)
Dedicated to controlling the HOA costs, improving community benefits and representing homeowner interests.
Control Costs:
70% of our HOA spending is on landscape maintenance and water.
Have expertise in business, contracting and conservation and will focus on competitively bidding and managing operations to control costs. Will systematically review the expenses to assure our community is well maintained and beautifully landscaped at cost effective rates.
Improve Community Benefits:
Our community benefits programs currently represent less than 5% of our budget. The Activities Director and Events Committee have done a wonderful job on creating the many events that people enjoy, which provides a platform for us to improve and enhance the community benefits and events further based upon what homeowners want.
Represent Homeowner Interests:
Have been actively involved in the community and pledge to foster community input and involvement while representing all San Elijo residents.
Let's together make our community the best it can be
